Yorkshirecountryman is a vintage clothing business based in Yorkshire, England. Yorkshirecountryman specialises in all types of branded outdoor clothing (i.e. Barbour, Berghaus, North Face, Karrimor etc) including jackets, fleeces, boots etc. The business also sources and supplies good quality men's and women's leather jackets, and associated designer wear.

Yorkshirecountryman supplies vintage/secondhand clothing, and aims to describe all items as accurately and professionally as possible. If there is a problem with your purchase please email Yorkshirecountryman, before leaving neutral/negative feedback, as most problems are easily rectified.

Terms & Conditions – Yorkshirecountryman (YCM)

(1) Goods can only be returned if YCM, has grossly mis-described an item. An email/telephone call must be undertaken first to discuss sending an item back, before a customer undertakes this course of action. YCM will accept goods back within 7 days of receipt of payment within the UK, and 14 days for the rest of the world. All goods returned will be inspected by YCM. YCM will carry out a detailed inspection, and will be totally fair and honest with respect to any issue relating to an item of clothing sold by YCM

(2) YCM sells second hand and new items of clothing. YCM clearly sets out the condition of each and every item, as accurately as possible. A customer must reassure themselves that what they bidding on/purchasing is as the description states

(3) YCM will not routinely refund on the basis of an item not fitting. YCM aims to provide as accurate as possible measurements, but please remember these are approximate. It is the customer who has to assure themselves that what they are buying will fit. Please make use of the email system to reassure yourself of the purchase. 

(4) YCM will not provide a refund on the basis that a customer does not like an item of clothing 

(5) All goods sold are done so at the fall of the hammer in an auction, or as a Buy It Now. The customer has entered into a contact to carry out the purchase with YCM, just as YCM is providing goods as described. A customer is purchasing goods from YCM to carry out the purchase, YCM is not operating an "on approval service"

(6) Any purchase made, that a customer wishes to return must be done so, through initial contact i.e. via email/telephone, and within the above alloted time frame. YCM will not refund postage costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be levied.
