My company has been in the high end jewelry, accessory and consignment business for over 11 years and selling on eBAY since 2002. We've bought and sold over 18,000 pre-owned designer and branded handbags including, but not limited to: Ananas, Betsey Johnson, Brahmin, Brighton, Botkier, Burberry, Carlos Falchi, Celine, Chanel, Coach, Chloe, Cole Haan, Desmo, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Francesco Biasia, Furla, Gustto, Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, Icon, Isabella Fiore, Jack Spade, Judith Leiber, Kenneth Cole NY, Kooba, Luella, Michael Kors, Malini Murjani, Marc Jacobs, Moschino, Rodo, Salvatore Ferragamo, and SissiRossi. We are a registered legitimate business in the state of NJ, we must collect 7% Sales tax on sales to NJ.
It is illegal to sell counterfeit items and we would not be in business for this long if we did so. We stand behind and guarantee the authenticity of our products. Our products are not new and therefore, we let market demand determine the value. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding the actual product at auction. If we left something out you would like to see photographed, we will be happy to add it to the listing.
There may very well be replica designer bags on the Internet and Ebay, but again, we do not sell them. A seller's feedback reputation along with the length of time selling on Ebay are IMPORTANT factors when buying on Eaby. We worked hard to earn our reputation and we take it seriously.

We welcome new EBAY members and bidders to bid on our auctions. However, if you are new please contact us via the "Ask Seller a Question" link with some basic information such as your name and the city, state and zip code of where the item will be shipped. Failure of new bidders to communicate before bidding may result in cancellation of the bid. This policy assures us that the listing was read in its entirety. It is also for the protection of our serious bidders who often lose out on winning auctions to non-paying or suspended bidders who change EBAY accounts frequently. Our Ebay preferences will then allow you to bid on one item until your feedback score reaches a total of 3 or more positive transactions with any three Ebay sellers.
If the value of your item is $250 or more, Signature confirmation of delivery and insurance is required. Insurance is an extra charge and is based on the final bid price. We are not responsible for package transit times. USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail transit times are not guaranteed by the USPS, UPS or FedEx.
We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless special arrangements are made.
If you are sending a check or a money order, please include the ITEM NUMBER, your EBAY ID, your SHIP TO address and your EMAIL ADDRESS in correspondence with the payment. Any funds received without such information are treated as exceptions and processed once a week. Add 5 - 10 days to your order for exception processing. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SHIP TO AN UNCONFIMED ADDRESS IF PAYING BY PAYPAL. If you moved recently and your new address has not been confirmed with PayPal, please pay by check or money order.
We are happy to accept BidPay. Items can again only be shipped to your registered BIDPAY address.

We understand that feedback is important to both buyers and sellers as a means of communicating a successful or unsatisfactory transaction. Due to our high volume of sales, we use an automatic feedback generation system for all successful transactions. You can be assured that glowing feedback will be posted when the transaction completed successfully. If under very special circumstances we make allowances for an unpaid item or accept a return, a 10% fee will apply to cover expenses relative to time invested. In addition, we ask that a mutual agreement to not complete the sale be excuted to recover Ebay's Final Value Fee. Shipping related fees are not refundable. In addition, future purchases will be limited. This policy allows us to keep our agressively low starting bids and to refrain from using reserve pricing.
FEEDBACK, UPAID ITEM DISPUTES AND NON PAYING BIDDERS
Unpaid Item Disputes are filed automatically 7 days after the end of the auction. 7 days from the day the UPI dispute is filed, it will close automatically, your account will receive a strike against it and Non Paying Bidder Feedback is left. If the item is paid for within the 7 day timeframe, the dispute is closed automatically after our systems recognize the transaction is completed successfully. The reason for this is that Ebay does not allow an UPI to be reopened in case of package loss or any other reason.
