If Your Bid is Blocked
We gladly welcome new EBAY members and new bidders to bid on our auctions. However, if you are new or have a feedback rating of less than 3, please contact us before bidding via the ASK SELLER A QUESTION link on the listing with your full name, and the city, state, and zip code location of where the item will be shipped or your bid may be cancelled. This is for the protection of our serious bidders who often lose out on winning bids to non-paying bidders who don't read the listing in its entirety.
Bids from buyers who elect to make their feedback private may be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel bids from buyers with un-proportional negative to positive feedback.
As long as you have an account with PayPal, you are eligible to bid on our items. You will not be required to pay with PayPal. We accept other forms of payment such as checks and money orders. If you are a previous customer of ours or have a good feedback history, and you do not wish to open a PayPal account, contact us through the “ask the seller a question” link. We will place you on an exception list that will enable you to bid.
Shipping Details
CONTACT US FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS COMBINED SHIPPING. WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY COST SAVINGS POSSIBLE. We ship USPS Priority (2/3-day) with delivery confirmation included. If the value of your item is over $250, Signature confirmation of delivery is required. Insurance, if desired or required is an extra charge and is based on the final bid price. We insure packages through U-PIC Insurance Services. At our discretion, some packages will be shipped FED EX Ground or UPS with $100 insurance included. $1.00 extra for each additional $100 in coverage. (No PO Boxes for FedEx or UPS deliveries.) We are not responsible for a package once it is delivered to the US Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex.
We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless special arrangements are made. If you are sending a check or a money order, please include the ITEM NUMBER, your EBAY ID, your SHIP TO address and your EMAIL ADDRESS in correspondence with the payment. Any funds received without such information are treated as exceptions and processed once a week. Add 5 - 10 days to your order for exception processing. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SHIP TO AN UNCONFIMED ADDRESS IF PAYING BY PAYPAL. If you moved recently and your new address has not been confirmed with PayPal, please pay by check or money order. We reserve the right to deny PayPal payment from any bidder with a negative history or history of PayPal reversals or charge-backs.
Disclosure & Condition Rating System
We make every effort to respect the intellectual property of designers and we remove their logos from our listings, not from their products. Our items are Authentic and Legal.
Please keep in mind condition ratings are subjective and what is good to one person is fair to another. We don't rate any item in "A" condition unless it meets our strict standards. Even though our items are first quality, they are reclaimed. They could be manufacturer's overruns, customer returns because of preference or defect, or they may be new but show shelf wear from being handled in a store. B Items, customer returns are described to the best of our ability. Dimensions are approximate. It is impossible to describe every imperfection, scuff or spot particularly those inherent to the natural characters of genuine leather. It is also impossible to determine the age, how often a previous owner carried the item, or sometimes if it was carried at all.
Seldom and unintentionally an imperfection or small hidden flaw gets by us. If you are seeking pristine, please do not bid on our items unless pristine is mentioned. However, if you are willing to forego a measure of perfection you'll find some great bargains in our auctions. Items listed in the C category condition code are sale and bargain items and sold "as is."
We would not want someone to be disappointed with a purchase so please review the item information and photos carefully and email us with questions BEFORE BIDDING. All auction sales are final. If under special circumstances we agree to accept a return a 10% fee will apply to cover our listing expenses. S/H/Insurance is not refundable. In addition, future purchases will be limited. This policy allows us to keep our aggressively low starting bids and not use reserve pricing.
Feedback
We understand that feedback is important to both buyers and sellers as a means of communicating a successful or unsatisfactory transaction. We try hard to satisfy all our customers. Our system automatically generates feedback only after it is left for us. You can be assured that glowing feedback will be left for you shortly after we are assured a transaction was completed satisfactorily. We are professionals and usually work out a problem successfully. If you have a legitimate problem such as an item being grossly misrepresented please let us know before leaving feedback. Also note opinions regarding condition are subjective. Non paying bidders can expect a Non-paying Bidder Complaint filed with Ebay and negative feedback posted to their account according to the Ebay Community Policies.
