How fast will my order arrive?: Orders are shipped ASAP! Most times an order is shipped within 24 hours from the time your payment is received - many times much sooner. On the very rare occasion I cannot, I'll let you know. Please remember that there are factors outside my control. When leaving Feedback & Detailed Seller Ratings, please rate me on the factors over which I have control. For example, holidays and bad weather may cause delays outside of my control. Check the postmark and shipping emails to see how quickly I processed your purchase! Payments received after 1pm Pacific time Friday night through Sunday, will ship first thing Monday or the following non holiday. All packages are shipped with full insurance.
Taxes: Residents living in California are subject to 8.750% sales tax on all purchases. This tax will be applied automatically as you checkout and is noted on each listing. California law requires CA eBay sellers pay taxes on ALL sales shipped within CA. However, I do not charge taxes on non taxable items such as baby coupons, gift certificates, previously loved clothes, etc.
APO/FPO Shipping: I'm happy to ship via USPS for APO/FPO addresses. Please contact the seller for a shipping quote. Please be sure the "Ship to Address" on your Paypal & eBay accounts are accurate and complete to ensure a quick delivery.
International Shipping: International shipping can become confusing so here are my guidelines. Small packages (up to a 14" x 14" x 14" box - a small serger) can be shipped via USPS. Larger packages must be shipped via FedEx. The USPS will not ship a package with a girth larger than 108" to most countries. That means any box larger than 14" squared can not be shipped through them.
Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused (buyers remorse), the customer will be responsible for all shipping & refusal fees as well as a 10% restocking fee.
Payments: For customers’ convenience, I'm proud to offer a range of payment options. I accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Debit cards and PayPal. To pay with a credit card, please use the sellers contact info within the invoice sent. I am also willing to accept checks and money orders - but please send me a message so I'm aware the payment is being sent.
Signature Confirmation: All packages with a value of $250 USD or more will come with a Signature Confirmation. If an item arrives damaged, please note to the driver the damage or REFUSE the delivery. If there is no sign of damage on the outside of the package, the item must be signed for. All items vith a value of $249.99 or less will ship with delivery confirmation.
