we list all items with a very detailed description, so refunds and returns
are generally not accepted. Each item will be handled on a case by case basis.
There are no returns allowed on downloads of software, eBooks, or programs-due to the nature of the items.
All website design, templates, logos, or web design products are as stated and viewed. If you are not happy with logos, websites, banners, or graphics, please contact me ASAP. I will do everything in my power to design it the way you want it.
Ant refunds will be for the purchase price only not including S/H. Item must be received in original condition, unused, undamaged, and contained within the original packaging.
