We will answer your questions to the best of our ability and our customer support will help in any way possible but if you have aboslutely no clue how to install your product and/or you're looking for extensive customer support, or local hands-on support for your product you should purchase from your local retailer; granted you're most likely to pay upwards of at least 35% and in many cases well over 60% more for your product.
