11-16-2009 - A blemish on my Perfect feedback. Buyer told me he didn't care about the money but still put in feedback he lost money. I shipped item twice and would refund the money but he just want to leave a negative feedback. Please check out my other 13000+ positive feedback and ignore that one feedback from a 20 feedback buyer. I just hope it isn't a competitor because that is just not right. Any problems just contact me instead of purposely messing up my feedback - I know I don't have any rights on ebay so I would appreciate a message before any bad feedback is left. Thanks, Tony

05-15-2008 - Just received a negative feedback by my competitor who bought and have sold my batteries for much higher prices. Ebay should look into bad Ebay members like this. I hope that this person is just having a bad day and will reconsider this act of feedback terrorism.

All Payments in United States Dollars |
Paypal You can make payments directly from your checking account using online
services from Paypal. Confirmed Address for all payments over $25.00.
Credit Cards thru paypal only.

| Shipping and Handling Policy |
I ship usually within 2 days after I have received payment.
In general I charge a "fixed" Shipping and Handling rate not "actual" shipping charges.
In most cases I round my shipping charges up. This gives me an allowance for packaging
materials and insurance. Sometimes I have my items priced so low
(for best auction placement and exposure) - I lose money. Handling charges allows me
to make a small profit in these instances. Please read the Shipping and Handling terms
carefully before bidding.
Shipping Methods: I ship United States Postal Services for all my shipments. All batteries will be shipped in
bubble envelope to ensure that they do not get damage when it goes thru the sorting machine.

International Orders will be shipped once a Week. AIR MAIL.

All packages are very nicely packaged. I have learned certain techniques from USPS and UPS as well
as other Ebay Sellers on packing. If it is damaged because of my packing please contact me and I will take care of it.
USPS insurance claims take too long for damages.

Optional - Insurance is recommended on all items but
is required on all items over $50 for lost or damaged packages.
