Any one selling a devices claiming to increase HP to an internal combustion engine via an axial flow fan, controled by any type of switch, is more than likely infringing on this patent and should not be advertising or selling this kind of product without first contacting us.
Centrifugal superchargers would not be covered under our patent, but more than likely would be covered by a patent issued to another individual or company.
Selling products that are made for other purposes (i.e. Boat Engine Ventilation
fans) and selling them as electric superchargers, (which they ARE NOT)will more than likely infringe on our patent as well. You can sell them as hair dryers, but dont call them electric superchargers, electric turbos, or even plain turbos or superchargers used to increase performance of a vehicle's internal combustion engine.
Anyone selling axial flow fans or compressors of any kind for the used of increasing the performance of an internal combustion engine could be liable for royalty charges and damages. If you are in question of whether your product is
