zanna_do auctions leaves Positive Feedback for all satisfactorily completed transactions. We expect the same upon receipt of item. If you do not normally leave feedback, please let us know upon close of auction.

Shipping and Handling:
Most zanna_do auctions items are sent USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days), insured for the value of the item and usually sent with Delivery Confirmation. All buyers pay a fixed shipping/insurance amount as listed in description. We ship to the continental US only.

Insurance Claims:
IMPORTANT!
In the rare event that an item reaches you damaged by our wonderful postal service...please let us know as soon as possible. We will then forward all insurance and postage receipts to you. All insurance claims are the responsibility of the buyer. When a damaged item is shipped back to the sender, the insurance claim is then invalid and payment denied...so it must be handled by the buyer...we will assist in any way necessary to see the claim is paid.
