The Real Me

I recently started experimenting with eBay and I have discovered it to be a very fascinating place! I've decided that I want to become a respected member and have begun to Buy AND Sell items on eBay. Although I'm pretty new, I have caught on very quickly. I read a book (although a little lengthy) that I'd highly recommend for newbies to read, eBay For Dummies. Although the tittle is a little insulting, it's a very interesting, fast-paced book!

If you're anything like me, I'd assume that you hate fraud on eBay as much as me. Remember that it is up to us to report any suspicious looking auctions. I, myself have already ran into 8+ different fraud auctions (mostly on Bose and anything that seems to go over $1000 bucks). Just remember to use Pay Pal! Nothing else is safer, and that's why I only accept and pay for with Pay Pal. Think about it eBay owns Pay Pal, so why not use it, it's Free!

A Day On eBay

For Buyers-
Just for you information, I have sold on eBay before and I am fully aware of what's going on and what to do. I treat all my buyers the way I would like to be treated, by giving detailed descriptions, pictures, and I package all my items expertly... probably a little too expertly (it's easy to go overboard with bubble wrap and peanuts).

For Sellers-
I am usually at the computer when the auction ends and I usually pay within 30 seconds of the auction closing. When I'm away from the computer I'm able to respond as soon as I turn it on (can you say- ebay toolbar, very useful).
