Economy Parcel Post (SURFACE, 4-6 weeks), or USPS Airmail Parcel Post (AIR, 4-10 days); your choice.
Insurance with a Return Receipt, at your expense, is REQUIRED! There is also a $10.00 Non-USA
Handling Charge. This is a per order charge (so if you buy 2 or more items, you just pay it once), and
covers the added work I have to do (such as the postal customs form, insurance form and return receipt).
Shipping outside the USA is not cheap! I will refund the balance of the shipping and Insurance/Return Receipt
charge (for non-USA ONLY; and the Handling Charge is final!) via PayPal after mailing package.

Q: You have lots of negative feedback. Why?
A: People lie. Welcome to the real world. About 5-6% of my bidders do
NOT honor their bids. About 4-5% of my feedback is Negative. I leave feedback
for every high bidder (unlike some scared sellers). The VAST majority of my
feedback is Positive. If 95 out of every 100 people you meet think you are
okay, then you probably are. Negatives used to bother me, but not anymore.
Q: How are packages wrapped?
A: Video Game Strategy Guides are placed between two pieces of cardboard
wrapped in a piece of newspaper and then covered in brown wrapping paper and then
taped securely. EVERYTHING else that I sell is placed in a box a little bigger
all around than the item and the box is then padded out and taped securely.
Q: What is the reserve price for your item?
A: At this time, I am setting the opening bid price at the minimum amount
that I will sell the item for. So if the minimum bid is reached, the item is sold. I
also offer Buy-It-Now (BIN) on almost all items I sell. I am not using a reserve
price, and have rarely used it on eBay (as they charge extra for that). ;^)
Q: Will you end the auction early? Will you sell after the auction ends?
A: No, and no.
Q: What condition is the item in?
A: I sell items in one of three conditions --
USED (all used items are Tested / Working).
NEW (unused, in the original box/shrinkwrap, if applicable),
NON-WORKING / FOR PARTS (sold VERY rarely, and always clearly listed).
The item condition is listed in the item description!
Q: When can I expect to receive my item?
A: The sooner after the auction ends that we exchange information and that you
send payment, the sooner your item will be mailed. :^) Not sending your information,
or sending an incorrect amount after we exchange information will result in a delay.
Q: Why not ship via USPS Priority Mail? Do you combine shipping?
A: I charge a flat rate for all small (usually single item) Lots. Priority mail is just
First Class mail that weighs 13.1 ounces or more (and they both take "2-3 days" and are
handled by the same USPS people, in the same way). Large item Lots, or multiple small
item Lots to one person are handled as listed in the auction, but may also be weighed
as a package, which can reduce the listed shipping charges.
Q: What is NTSC? What is PAL? What is SECAM?
A: Different countries use different video format standards. NTSC is used by the USA,
Canada, Japan and many other countries. Germany, the United Kingdom and others use
the PAL video format. France, Russia and some others use SECAM. Please consult
your favorite WWW Search Engine for further information on PAL, SECAM and NTSC.
Occasionally, people feel the need to e-mail me and let me know that they don't like my
policies. Some are polite, while others are not. My policies have developed over several
years (and thousands of on-line deals) and work well. If you disagree with them, please
do NOT e-mail me telling me so, just look elsewhere for items and save us both the hassle.
