Zeff Photo has been in business for over 60 years, serving the needs of the professional and amateur photographers. We have all the photographic equipment you need and the expertise to make it work for you. We provide sales, service, repairs, and rentals of all sorts of photographic products. We operate both a retail store and mail order division. Our Retail Store Business hours are 8:30 to 7:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, Thursday from 8:30 to 8:00, Saturday 9:00 to 4:00 and Sunday from 12:00 to 5:00. Our eBay office is open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 to 4:00

Terms of Sale
• Winning bidders, please contact us at 617-489-3311 or by email as soon as possible following close of auctions with payment and shipping instructions.
• Include in your email:
• ebay Auction Item Number
• Payment Method - For We take Checks, Postal Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. No CODs. Include your billing address for credit card transactions, if it is different from your ship to address. Orders paid by check will be held until checks clear, approximately business 4-7 days. Mailing Address for Checks & MOs: Zeff Photo, PO Box 311, Belmont, MA 02478.
All Shipments are made with UPS. UPS won't deliver to a PO Box. Shipments to MA pay 5% MA Sales Tax, unless you are a dealer with a Resale Certificate.
• Phone Number - We use your phone numbers as your account number and once in a while we may need it to reach you.
• We send an email at close of auction repeating these instructions
• When your item is shipped, we will send your tracking number by email
• Orders Unpaid 10 Business Days After The Close Of An Auction Will Be Canceled Without Notice And Non Paying Buyers Given Negative Feedback
Shipping
• We ship UPS Ground Service Insured for Sale Price. Rates Quoted in Auction Listings are for Shipments to the 48 US states. Rates for Other Destination Will be determined by buyer’s location. UPS won't deliver to a PO Box. All other shipping arrangements will be quoted as required.
• In Case of Shipping Damage, Notify us As Soon As Possible. We will Initiate a Claim with UPS for Shipping Loss or Damage, always save your shipping carton for claims.
• We will attempt to combine shipping for winners of multiple auction items when possible.
Warranty
• Manufacturers warranty on new equipment,
• Warranty on Used Equipment Will be Stated in Auction Description.
• Zeff makes every effort to fill your order promptly and correctly. In the event of an error, please advise us immediately.

Returns
• Returns require a return authorization. Return Authorizations require a good reason, such as the item not matching the item description in the Auction Listing or undisclosed damage or Defect. Requests for return authorizations must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be returned in original condition. That means all packaging and instructions clean and intact, with warranty cards unfilled on new equipment. Used equipment must be in the same condition as when shipped. Returned Items are Subject to a Restocking Fee of up to 20% .
