Due to eBay demanding their own PayPal method of payment I have ceased selling after 9 years, thousands of dollars of transactions and a 100% clean record via check and money order with customers. I have reduced my "About Me" page to this simple text statement as protest and will utilize craigslist and other alternatives as needed. Should I restart a brick-and-mortar operation with my own credit card services again, I will re-enter the seller's arena with direct credit card payments as an option. As a seller, I will not allow PayPal unfettered access to my credit card or bank accounts. I will continue to purchase on eBay for personal and professional needs with individuals and businesses who accept non-PayPal payment methods. Thank you.
