Thanks for checking out our "about me" page! We (my hubby and I) had almost forgotten to keep this page updated, so our apologies to anyone who may have been confused. >_< We've done a lot of trading on eBay over the years since we first signed up, and you'll notice we ran into a couple horrible experiences as a seller. We always try to be as honest as possible, so please, if you have questions--ask!! We're email junkies, we'll respond to your message within hours. We're never out to shortchange anyone, so if you have a problem, please contact us about it!
All of our auctions are sold as-is. It's very rare that we offer a guarantee on anything we sell, mostly because it is very easy to damage an item once you buy it and then claim it arrived damaged. We know this is a terrible thing to say, but it has been done to us already, hence our as-is policy.
Most of the time, you'll find us trading in animation cels and computer parts, and dabbling in many other types of items (sometimes other collectibles, technology-related items, and clothing). Most of the computer parts we sell come from one of our own working systems (or a system we've upgraded for someone and sometimes parts that have been donated to us by friends). The animation cels and artwork we sell come straight out of our own collection. We're not a dealer, not an amateur dealer, nothing like that. We buy artwork for ourselves, and sometimes wish to sell off things here and there. As for other items, many of them are things we have previously owned and no longer want. If we can sell it, we will, otherwise we always donate articles of clothing that we can't sell to places like Goodwill. ^_^

Winning bidders will receive an invoice within 48 hours of auction close - buyers must respond with payment or payment method within 3 days of receiving the invoice. All payments to be received within 10 days of invoice (in the case of PayPal e-checks, payment must be initiated within 10 days). Buyers with no feedback, please contact me via eBay before bidding or your bid will be cancelled. |

Shipping is via Priority Mail ONLY. Shipping rate is set by weight and destination - I will combine shipping for bidders who win multiple auctions. International shipping is via Priority Mail International - these rates have been increased, and generally start close to 20 USD. |

All sales are FINAL! I do not accept returns due to the delicate nature of the items I sell. Items damaged in shipping will be covered by shipping insurance if purchased. I will not be held responsible if an item is damaged during shipping and you did not pay for insurance. I pack all items to withstand normal shipping conditions! |

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
