Shipping and Handling:
-Buyers agree to pay fixed shipping and handling fees as stated in the product description. (Free S&H will be stated in description)
-Shipping/handling fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
-Shipping and handling fees do not include just the cost of shipment. There are additional costs such as additional packing materials, boxes, labels, labor and fuel charges. We do not utilize third party shipping account numbers.
-Simply do not bid/buy from our auctions if you do not agree with the shipping/handling fees, thanks.
-If the item was refused by the buyer for any reason, buyer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees again to resend the item; please make sure you provide a correct/valid physical mailing address.
-All products will be shipped within 2 business days after payment verified (usually less).
Will ship to regions:
We will ship to these countries only: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Greece, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand. If your country is not listing on above, please feel free to contact us before you place a bid.
Normally, we will not ship to Mexico, Israel, Brazil, Spain, Portugal and Italy via standard postal service and the total order value is lower than US$25 or equivalent; because the package will always be delayed (one month) to arrive or lost. So we strongly recommend that you pay for the express shipping cost or just shop from others.
*We do not ship to APO and FPO Address.
Please make sure where you are located (your shipping address) and pay the correct amount of shipping and handling fees; the order will be delayed/cancelled if buyer paid insufficient shipping and handling fees.

In order to better serve and satisfy our customers, we spend enormous efforts on ensuring our product descriptions and order processing procedures are accurate, precise and informative.

All sales are final; and no exchange for customers who bided on the wrong items. Please read all description carefully and ask any questions before placing your bid. Please inspect all of your items immediately upon arrival. We reserve the rights to determine if an item is defective and/or sent incorrectly. In order to file for a "defective" item, you MUST submit a digital photo and proof of professional installation along with your application. All buyers are responsible for return shipping fee.
-No returns will be accepted after 14 days of date of delivery
-Please contact us to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and report the reason for return BEFORE sending out your return/exchange. Products without a RMA number will not be accepted please write the RMA number on the returning package or drop a note inside (fill out a return claim form as below). It is important to declare your package as a "Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form, and also $1 as the commercial value
-Only defective product will be offered exchange or store credit; No returns will be accepted / No refund or exchange will be issued on products that have been used, modified or painted in any way. Products returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense. If the returning package has been opened, and item return for a refund is not defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
-We reserve the right to refuse any returns for our reasons
-Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items in any reason
-We will not be liable to customer for any damages beyond the amount of money that customer has actually paid us

Here is an example for the return shipping label when you receive the package defective items will be replaced w/ an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depending on our inventory.
