- We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover and Paypal. Please contact us via email if the item requires
Immediate payment and you would like to pay via credit card.
- All payments must be made in US Dollars.
- Remember bidding or purchasing on ebay is binding, you agree to pay for the
item if you are the winning bidder or if you buy something on ebay.
- All payments must be received and cleared before an order can be processed
and an item can be shipped.
- All payments must be received within 10 days of auction closing/ purchase. If we do

| REFUND POLICY |
- We have a no questions asked return policy!
- To prevent abuse of our no hassle return policy, a 15% restocking fee is charged for all items returned for a refund; the restocking fee does not apply to returns made for store credit or exchange. Shipping, handling and insurance fee is not eligible for store credit.
- Shipping, handling and insurance fee is non-refundable.
- Payments for Appraisal Certificates is non-refundable.
- Clearance items (items marked as clearance or sold for less
than US$99) are sold as is. Clearance items are non-refundable
and can't be exchanged.
- Items should be in original New condition.
- Resized rings don't qualify for a return or exchange.
- Items should be returned postmarked within 3 days of your receipt.
- Return should contain all the packaging and paper work originally sent.
- Buyer is responsible for any expenses that may occur to return the
item or the payment.
- Returns are processed within 7-14 days of receiving the item.

| RESIZING POLICY |
|
We will gladly resize a ring for you. Resizing cost is US$15 for each ring to be
resized and may take upto 3 additional business days to process. We recommend
resizing a ring no more than two full sizes up or down (for example, resizing a
ring from size 7 to size 9 or to size 5). If you would like to resize more than
2 sizes, please contact us before buying. Please add the resizing cost to the
payment and make a note with your payment of the size you want or email us
if you would like a separate invoice for resizing. Rings
will be sent without resizing unless the resizing payment is made. Some rings
like eternity bands, can't be resized at all. Resized rings can't be returned
for a refund or exchange. Please contact us before buying
for any questions or clarifications.

| Monthly Payment Plan |

have to pay is 10% at the time of the purchase and the remaining balance can be
paid over a three months period. We charge no additional fee and there is no penalty for an early payment.
