We ship ALL our packages through the US Postal Service.
we do not use UPS (United Parcel Service) at this time.
We mail packages on weekdays only,
and we usually go to the Post
Office twice a week,
depending on our schedule that week.

We usually have no problem at all selling internationally.
We are always willing to look up rates
for shipping to your country.
Please be aware that USPS does charge more
for International shipping, and that we are
not responsible for any customs or duty charges.
There are certain countries, however,
that We WILL NOT sell to or ship to
due to high-fraud levels in those countries.
Some of these countries are:
Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic,
Estonia, Ghana, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia,
Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Philippines,
Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Thailand,
Uganda, Ukraine, Yugoslavia.
This is not a complete list.
We also do not accept orders from or ship to
any of these countries that are on the
U.S. Department of the Treasury sanction list:
Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Serbia, & Sudan
and do not ship to third party shippers.

If an item qualifies for Media Mail (bookrate) shipping
we will offer Media Mail Shipping.
However, we will NOT ship items which do not qualify
for media mail via media mail shipping.
Books, tapes, CD's and records
qualify for Media Mail shipping.
Please keep in mind that while Media Mail
is less expensive it is also slow.
So if you are in a hurry, please ask
us to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail
before you pay, so we can send you a new invoice
with S&H for Priority Shipping.
Upgrading to Priority will cost you
more than Media Mail Shipping.

DETAILED SELLER RATING STARS CAN BE CONFUSING!
E-BAY TELLS BUYERS AND SELLERS TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.
E-BAY TELLS BUYERS THAT A 4 OUT OF 5 IS A GOOD RATING.
HOWEVER, E-BAY TELLS SELLERS THAT A 4 IS POOR,
AND WILL BE PLACING WARNINGS ON SELLER LISTINGS
STATING THAT THE SELLER IS DOING A POOR JOB IF
THE SELLER'S RATING AVERAGES A 4 OR EVEN A 4.5!
WHEN EVALUATING A SELLER PLEASE LOOK AT THE ACTUAL
NUMBER OF THE SELLER'S AVERAGE AND JUDGE FOR YOURSELF,
KEEPING IN MIND WHAT E-BAY TELLS THE BUYERS BEFORE
THEY RATE THE SELLER.

Ebay no longer allows us to specify
any payment options other than paypal.
However we can still tell you that we
DO NOT accept
Checks, Western Union Money Transfers,
Monopoly money, IOU's, or Rabbit's feet.

We are very easy people to do business with,
and communication from buyers and bidders
is always welcome.

We pride ourselves on packaging each item
as carefully
and securely as we can, to avoid any damage in shipping,
and we have excellent feedback regarding our packing.
However, we have absolutely no control over
what happens to a package
once it leaves our hands.
U.S.P.S. Insurance is available on ANY item.
If you would like to purchase insurance on an item,
just let us know,
and the actual cost of
U.S P.S. Insurance will be added to your total.
In the rare and unfortunate event
that an insured item is damaged,
it is
very important that you keep ALL of the packaging,
as you will need
to bring the item and
the packaging in to your Post Office.
Our Post Office has told us that they WILL NOT
start any claim from the sender's end,
and that it is up to the recipient of the package
to start the claim, since they are the ones
in possession of the package.
We're sorry but there are no exceptions.
To start a claim, you will need to bring the item
and the packaging to your Post Office.
They will then have you fill out a form which will be
forwarded to us
which we will then sign, attach the insurance receipt to,
and return to our post office -
then we wait for them to let us know.
If the claim is approved, they will send
the refund directly to you.
If for some reason, your claim is not approved,
that is the Post Office's
decision, and not ours.
