with your customization needs for review before purchasing to insure a
successful and pleasant transaction.
Please include, approximate sizing of print, shirt/product color, size of
products, and placement specifics. Please attach your largest and best
version of your logo/artwork. Formats accepted include .jpg, .gif, .tif,
.bmp .png, .eps, .cdr, .ai, .pdf.
Payment - We accept M/C, Visa, Amex &
Discover through Paypal as well as our merchant account. At this time
our merchant account is not compatible with eBay, we would be happy to send
you an invoice allowing direct payment. Our merchant service is
currently working with eBay to become compatible.
Shipping - We use UPS exclusively to
insure accurate delivery times. Please provide a street address,
no PO/APO boxes are accepted by UPS. A shipping and handling fee of
$2.00 is added to each shipment. Multiple purchases are always
combined.
Turnaround - Most orders are processed
and shipped within 7 days. Larger orders may require additional time.
If you need your item(s) sooner, please let us know your time requirements.
Rush services are available for a fee.
Artwork - Please send only print ready graphics in image
formats such as .jpg, .gif, .tif, .bmp .png, .eps, .cdr, .ai, .pdf.
etc. Graphic must be a minimum of 300dpi and for printing the
approximate size of desired print result or larger. Lower resolution
images may be used in some cases, art charges may apply, a new eBay item
will be created in such cases.
If your artwork
does not meet these requirements, Please email
us with your artwork in its highest resolution available, for review.
If you have an artwork file that you cannot open - it
may require a graphics program to open it.
Embroidery -
There are never any digitizing fees, ever, not even for
graphics!!
Anything other than un-modified text is
considered a graphic. Modifications such as italics and bold are not
graphical changes, however, outlines and varied positioning may be
considered graphical changes. There is no limit to the number of
letters or lines, you are only limited to the space being embroidered.
Almost any font can be used and in any layout, such as circles, arcs and
angles.
If you are not sure if your request will be
considered a graphic email
your artwork request to us for review.
Currently, most embroidery items listed in our
eBay
store do not include graphics. If your logo includes a graphic, or you want to add a graphic to any of the
embroidery items, email or
upload
your artwork for a quote. A new eBay listing will be created to suit your
needs.
Printing -
We are a direct to garment printer - the benefits are
astounding!! Now your artwork can be printed in full color from
almost any format directly on the garment!! This is not
heat-transfer or iron on, nor is it screen printing. No more thick
heavy layer of plastic on your shirt - Our prints are Crisp & Clear with
Brilliant color - EVEN LIGHTS ON DARKS!!!
Currently, all printed items listed in our
eBay Store include all applicable charges based on suitable artwork submitted.
There are never any hidden fees, however should your artwork not meet the
minimum requirements, not all listings may apply to your needs. Please send us an email
with your artwork attached in its highest resolution available and any information you think I might need to
provide you with accurate pricing, and direct you to the correct listing
for your needs.
Please include, approximate sizing of print, shirt/product color, size of products, and
placement specifics.
Set up fees are $20.00 per new print run.
Re-orders of identical artwork, set up fees are waived. Should your
needs vary from that of the listing we would be happy to send a price
quote which will include a breakdown of the set up fee plus per piece
price. A new eBay listing will be created to suit your needs for the total
amount.

accurate.
If a product is defective, we will happily replace the
item.
Colors as shown are as accurate as possible, however
monitor settings and displays vary considerably. Color accuracy is not
guaranteed to be exact.
Please note the thread/ink and shirt colors when purchasing as
dissatisfaction with your color choice will not be considered a flaw in the
final product. Proofs of your choice will be provided representing the
colors as accurately as possible before embellishment.
Sale Rack - Size,
Color and Quantity are limited for these items. In many cases more of the
same item is available at regular price. In some cases, the items have
