League was formed to serve the Equine Visual Arts Community. Membership to the League is
by invitation only. New members are referred by a current
member for acceptance. will be captured as they exist at the time of the current auctions, as well as all that were listed within the past 90 days. If you are a seller of Equine art or photos, do not risk using images that you do not have a license to use. Our League has cooperated with Federal Authorities with information that has resulted in Felony Fraud & Swindles Indictments. We are petitioning ebay to make these changes to the VERO program to encourage compliance of sellers who do not obey Federal Copyright Laws. 1st Vero Complaint - 10 Days Suspension 2nd Vero Complaint - 30 Days Suspension 3rd Vero Complaint - Permanent Suspension A dedicated VERO department with trained copyright specialists who only process VERO complaints. All emailed complaints will be processed in under one hour & faxed complaints in less than 6 hours. All negative feedback left on a VERO complaint item, must be removed. When an item is ended through VERO the
buyer must be notified through VERO that the item purchased has been
removed
All Paypal and duplicate ebay accounts are to be suspended when a seller accumulates 3 VERO Complaints. A dedicated VERO support phone, 24 hours daily, for all VERO members. If a suspended member attains another ID and is reported and suspended, ebay must seek legal action to stop their access again.
