Giving Board Angels Workshop
ACTR Childrens Christmas Fund*
As this page is built you will see the work the angels do.As a team We help many! Starting in May and June We will be starting on Our *Childrens Christmas Fund* We will hold auctions and challenges, untill November then we will send gift cards to needy families to help their Children have gifts under the tree they may not have had otherwise.

What the Angels Do

This is a Giving Board fund, We do it in memory of LAGIRL *Jean*. Jean passed away in the summer of 2000, and since then the angels of the giving board have kept up the work she did along with other angels of giving to the Children.Jean may not be with us now but she will live on in the angels hearts and through the work We do to help the Children.

What is ACTR

ACTR is a giving board fund. We hold auctions all year to raise funds to help needy children have a gift under the tree on Christmas morning.

All request for Christmas help will be verified as to income and need.New request will be filled in the order they are received and verified. It will be most helpful if you have the verification needed on hand when placing a request.Repeat requesters will be posted for private adoption ONLY!!.

Some of the information we will need will be, proof of income,proof the Child lives in the home, this can be a shot record, letter from the food stamp office listing the child by name,birth certificate with the requester listed as parent, a recent school report card, and other verification as requested.

We will also check recent bid/win history on ebay, as well as past help from the help sent list.We will also check with other Christmas help sites to assure our givers that the requester is only being helped by one (1) site.

*Special note about ACTR*

ACTR's goal for 2005 is $3,000.00 We try for this amount every year. Last year We had a wonderful outpouring of kind hearted adopters, which left us with a balance to carry over this year.We are only $1,000.00 away from our goal for 2005.Although last year We had a lot of private adoptions We can't count on it every year. We are looking forward to the upcoming auctions and challenges, and as alway We thank all of you for the support ACTR always gets from the Giving Board. On behalf of the Children ACTR will help this Christmas, We thank all the angels.
