Welcome to the Grolsch Pop Art benefiting the National Prostate Cancer Coalition where celebrity art and charity fundraising come together.
Grolsch Premium Lager and the National Prostate Cancer Coalition and some celebrity friends have teamed up for an exciting auction of unique Pop Art. Classic Grolsch Swingtop bottles have been designed, hand-painted and signed to create one-of-a-kind Pop Art sensations.

1. What items are being auctioned by Grolsch?
The Grolsch brewery was founded in Holland in 1615. Over the generations the Grolsch flip-top bottle has become a cultural icon. A number of these classic (empty) bottles have been decorated by celebrities for this Pop Art charity fundraiser.

5. What is bidder qualification?
Bidder qualification helps ensure that auctions of very popular items are conducted in a fair and orderly fashion. Before placing a bid ALL bidders must verify their identity through a confidential online form. Gotham City Online will confirm that the bidder's name, credit card number and credit card billing address match. Credit cards will not be charged, but credit card authorization will be confirmed. Private auctions protect the identity of bidders. eBay private auctions prohibit third parties from contacting or soliciting bidders on an auction. They are frequently used for auctions of unique or highly valued merchandise, like the Grolsch Pop Art auctions.
7. How will auction payment be collected?
All winning bidders will receive a Checkout Email from Gotham City Online. The Checkout Email will direct winning bidders to a secure checkout page where they will be able to enter payment and shipping information. Use of the secure checkout page is required for all winning bidders.

8. How will items be shipped?
All items will be shipped from the New York offices of Grolsch's public relations firm. All packages will be shipped via UPS Air and include tracking and insurance. A signature will be required for delivery. Domestic shipping only - No international, Canadian, military addresses or Post Office (P.O.) boxes will be accepted.
9. Who pays for taxes and shipping charges?
The insured shipping rate of $19.95 must be paid by the winning bidder and will be added to the order total during checkout.
10. Are the auctions tax deductible?
All of the proceeds from the auctions are going to the National Prostate Cancer Coalition charity and your support is greatly appreciated. Tax receipts will not be available to winning bidders.
11. This is my first time using eBay, and I'm not sure what to do next.

Due to the unique nature of this auction, all sales are final. Bottles cannot be returned or exchanged. Thank you for your understanding and support.

All bids are binding. If you are the winning bidder, you are legally obligated to purchase the item at the winning bid price. All bids are in U.S. dollars.
- All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States.
- The winning bidder will receive, in exchange for payment of the full bid price, the item described herein, under the terms described herein.
- If payment is not received within 15 days, Grolsch reserves the right to cancel the transaction and resell the merchandise.
- Auction purchases are not deductible as a charitable contribution.
