How do I mention the color or size or any other special instructions?

While doing checkout, you can mention it in the special instructions section.  If you give this information in Paypal Notes field we may not get the information. If you email us later we may not be able to act once the order goes to the warehouse. If you are making postal payments include a note with your order number and size/color if applicable.

I need some help  in figuring out the size I need?

Please check the item description for size chart. If you do not find this information, please scroll down to see the general size chart. The measurements given there are approximate. As with all manufactured goods there is some variance with different manufacturers and styles. We are not responsible for the wrong size. 

Why is your prices so low ? Are these quality products ?

All Jafrum leather items and motorcycle helmets are 100% quality products. We do not sell cheap patch or scrap leather items or ABS plastic helmets as some small players in this field do. Jafrum is the name you can trust in leather and helmets. Our prices are low just because we manufacture and import most of the products we sell.

Checkout and Payment FAQ

What are the payment methods you accept?

Paypal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex). International bidders please pay by Paypal. Payment should be received within 7 days. If the payment is not received at the end of 14 day after you buy/win , we will be forced to file a NPB (Non-Paying Bidder) alert to Ebay.

Why do you recommend doing ChannelAdvisor checkout?

Checkout is a step after you have won an auction and before you send the payment. Checkout will generate an invoice for you with an order number and a grand total of all the items you have won. This way you do not have to worry about keeping track of which items you have won or figuring out the total. Our checkout is secured and it is capable of taking your credit card information. If you have chosen PayPal as a payment method our checkout will allow you to go to PayPal directly from there. Before sending any payment we request you to do the checkout, this way we have all your shipping and order information and we can ship your order quickly.

Is your checkout the same as eBay’s checkout?

No, the eBay checkout and our checkout are two different things. If you have won an item from us then you must do our checkout.

How do I access the checkout?

Before sending payment we request you to do the checkout first. Checkout will automatically combine all items you have won from us and will give you a grand total and an order number.

There are 3 ways of accessing the checkout:

1. After the auction ends we will send you a “Winning Bid Notice” email to your ebay registered email address. This email has an internet address link to the checkout. Simply click on the link, or if the link is not clickable you can copy and paste the entire link onto your web browser.

2. In the auction page that you have won, there is an 'Checkout Now' button, click on it and it will take you to the checkout.

3. You can also go to the checkout in the following way:

1. Go to http://checkout.channeladvisor.com/checkout
2. Type in the eBay auction number
3. Type in the email address you have registered with eBay
4. The next screen will display all of the items you have won from us. Click the checkout button.
5. Complete the required fields.

Do you give discounts for volume purchases?

Yes. The discount depends entirely on the quantity. Please contact us with the item number and quantity you need. 

I am not able to do checkout. It says "Transaction not found"?

1. Please make sure that you have entered ebay registered email address or else you may get this message.

2. Make sure the item number is correct.

3. If you think you have given the right email address and item number, but still getting the same message, please check whether you have bid for this item. (PLEASE DO NOT BID AGAIN WITHOUT MAKING SURE THAT YOU HAVE NOT BID FOR IT). To see that please go to ebay.com and click 'My Ebay' link. Logon to it and click bidding/watching and see the items you have won. If you do not have the item in that category, you can bid again and do checkout again. If you are unsure please contact us

What is your paypal email address? I will pay you directly without doing checkout.

Sorry, we have disabled this feature in Paypal to avoid confusion in payment and order proccessing. You can pay by Paypal only by doing our checkout.

How do I know that my checkout was successful?

You will get an order number after you do checkout and also an email from us with all the information on tracking the order. 

I sent payment by PayPal.com but I am not sure if payment has gone through or not?

The easiest way to find out if a payment has been sent by PayPal is to log into your PayPal.com account and click on the History tab. The History section will show you all the payments you have successfully sent.

What is a paypal echeck and how long does it takes to clear?

An eCheck is an electronic funds transfer that withdraws money directly from your bank account. It's just like writing a check, only it is done electronically.

If you use a U.S. bank account, it can take up to four business days for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to us.

If you use a Canadian bank account, it can take up to eight business days for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to us.

If you use a UK bank account, it can take up to nine working days for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to us.

If you use an Australian bank account, it can take up to three working days for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to us.
 

Shipping and Return/Exchange FAQ

If I send the payment today, how fast can you ship?

We ship most orders received before 3PM the same day. We ship Monday thru Friday - our shipping department is closed over the weekends and on holidays. Generally you can expect to receive the merchandise from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please note that the UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air Services we offer will not deliver on weekends.

Do you give combined shipping?

We have fixed shipping charges and our system will automatically calculate combined shipping after you checkout.

What are the Shipping Charges for USA, Canada and other Countries?

Please see the "Payment and Shipping Info" section below the Description section on Ebay auction page. The S&H are given there. NC residents are required to pay 7.5% sales tax. We ship International orders by USPS airmail. We are not responsible for any duties or surcharges imposed by the Canadian/International government during the process of purchasing, returning, or exchanging.

What is your Return and exchange Policy?

I have not yet received my item. Why is that?

Make sure you gave us the size/color information. Most of the delay in shipments occur because the buyer has not given this information. While making postal payments, simply sending the payment with no information can also delay your shipment. Also if you are an international buyer and has not given the proper shipping could also delay shipment. If you think you have given all the information and still not received the item even after 10 days, please let us know and we will do the needful.

I got the wrong size/ Color. What should I do?

We try our best to give you the color of your choice. But if you forget to mention the color of your choice while making payment or in a separate email, then we will be forced to send you a popular color (eg. black wallet). We sometimes make a mistake and send you wrong color/size. This is very rare but if this happens please send it back to us and we will send you the color/size of your choice and also will refund the shipping charges you incurred. Return shipping charges will only be refunded if the customer is in accordance with the return policy and if the return shipping receipt is included in the package at the time of delivery to Jafrum. International customers should always contact us before sending the wrong item back.

The item I received is defective. What do I do?

Damaged/defective items must be reported to us within 48 hours. After approval you can send it back to us with a note specifying your full name, address, item number and reason for return and we will do the needful. Return shipping charges will only be refunded if the customer is in accordance with the return policy and if the return shipping receipt is included in the package at the time of delivery to Jafrum.

I'm new to ebay. How do I bid/buy items from you and what are the procedures to be followed?

We consider a transaction as closed successfully once the buyer receives the product and is fully satisfied with it. Please wait for the item to come in and if you are fully satisfied leave a positive feedback for us and our system will immediately leave a positive feedback for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or service you received, please let us know and we will be willing to take any corrective action so that the transaction can be closed with a positive feedback.
