This country set the style for hip people in the 20th century, from deco to 1950s, kitschy 60s and 70s. How sad it is that our country now makes most products overseas, I find that American made vintage items, from clothes to antiques to musical instruments, are far superior than anything made overseas! Sure, vintage hip has been hot for awhile, but you'll pay big time in large cities on the coasts. Here in the midwest, there are lots of treasures for your home, funky flat and hip lifestyle, that cost less! Often I find vintage American made guitars, funky lights, vintage Levis and western clothes, kitchen ware, one of a kind handbags and other antiques that scream personality. I personally handpick items so my selection each week features things no one else you know will have! You are likely to get many compliments on anything you purchase. I personally wrap and ship all items. As a home business, I do not have the overhead to pass on to you, and am always willing to combine items to save you on shipping. I try to estimate shipping as closely as possible. As a result, the one-of-a-kind Americana you purchase is at the lowest possible price, far less than you would pay in even a thrift shop in a large city. One advantage of the midwest is that prices are lower than anywhere else! If I'm more than $5 off in my shipping quote, I will refund the difference to you! One disadvantage of the midwest, especially rural midwest where I live, is that shipping takes a little longer than it would if you were buying from a large inventory store with many employees, from some larger city on the coasts. On the other hand, you can rest assured that your items will reflect your individuality, and not some boring mainstream suburban trend from a warehouse store lifestyle. However, this also means once a item in my inventory is gone, there isn't likely to be another like it.
