     This is where I retreat when I want to recall memories of the past.

     I first became interested in antiquities when my wife and I made several trips to Rome, Naples, Pompei, Sorrento, In Italy -- Athens, Peraeus, and the Greek Islands, in Greece -- Lisbon, Sintra, Fatima in Portugal, and Hawaii and Tahiti.

     I fell in love with everything Ancient. I'm the kind of guy, who can stand in the Appian Way and litterally hear and see the Roman Legions as they marched out to battles. To see and walk over the sites and ruins that are 2-3 thousand years old is a fascinating experience.

     I recently became interested in cleaning,  collecting, buying and selling antique Roman and Greek coins.This is strictly a hobby and a way to keep my mind busy at 77 years of age. I have learned more about ancient history the last eight years cleaning and attributing these ancient coins, than I learned the previous 69.
