The award-winning trio, Lady Antebellum, is composed of singer songwriters Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley, and multi-instrumentalist Dave Haywood. Lady Antebellum is one of the hottest groups in any music genre and the band’s rich vocal harmonies and impeccable instrumental skills appeal to both country and pop fans alike.
In 2008, after winning both the ACM’s Best New Vocal Group and the CMA’s New Artist of the Year, Lady Antebellum won the 2009 CMA Vocal Group of the Year and Single of the Year for their song “I Run to You." This year, Lady Antebellum swept the ACM Awards with Top Vocal Group, Single of the Year, and Record of the Year, while the group also won the coveted GRAMMY for Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals.
Lady Antebellum’s platinum-selling first album debuted No. 1 on Billboard’s Country chart and yielded their first chart-topper, “I Run to You.” The group’s sophomore effort, "Need You Now," debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top 200 chart, sold nearly 500,000 units its first week and is currently certified double platinum. Released in January of this year, the album remained at the top of the country charts for 15 weeks. The title track dominated both country and pop charts, breaking records as a country cross-over hit that has been certified triple platinum. Lady Antebellum’s latest single, “American Honey,” recently became the trio’s third consecutive No. 1 in eight months. This brand new 2010 Gibson Melody Maker MM Raw Ebony, Electric Guitar is black in color and has chrome hardware (model No. MMPIEBCHI, serial #104100366). It had a MSRP list price of $699 before Lady A graced it with their autographs and comes with a gig guitar case and a Letter of Authenticity confirming the band members' signatures are original. This guitar is sure to impress both guitar aficionados and Lady Antebellum fans alike!
